Do I need to pay a security deposit?

Deposits vary depending on the length of stay and the type of property.

Some properties require a security deposit prior to arrival or at the time of check-in by credit card pre-authorisation. This is to cover any incidental costs you might incur, such as telephone calls or car parking if applicable. This will be refunded back to your card after departure once the apartment has been inspected.

For stays requiring an AST (Assured Shorthold Tenancy Agreement) the security deposit required varies from 4 to 6 week accommodation costs.
